Health Care Task Force

Task Force Mission

All residents deserve affordable and accessible health care options and a healthy community. The Health Care Task Force will identify the obstacles and prioritize the opportunities for implementing best practices in the provision of health care to each citizen using all resources on the city, state and federal level. The Task Force will discuss ways to link and leverage existing city resources and community-based providers to ensure access to affordable health care across the city. They will also explore opportunities to improve general wellness based on the social determinants of health.
